During the Project Management we will

  1. Review of design and execution drawing
  2. Procurement Monitoring
  3. Contract management
  4. Progress monitoring
  5. Quality assurance
  6. Time control: Progress reporting system
  7. Preparation of comprehensive project schedule
  8. Advise on progress of works – recommended steps to make up delays
  9. Workmanship at manufacture’s works or at project site
  10. Participate in all performance tests
  11. Advise on Repair and Replacements of Defective Work
  12. Cost control: Establish cost control procedures, prepare construction budget, Claims

We complement with EPC/ DBOOT Contract in Industrial Water Supply / Wastewater treatment, urban and water supply / sewerage works, brackish / seawater desalination, Water and waste recycling projects for advice on operability, review of design / construction documents, assistance in commissioning works and comprehensive solutions for operation and maintenance.
